With the aim of maintaining a team of competent professionals who can guarantee the best care for the people who receive the services of the Institut Guttmann, it is important to provide continuous training that improves their knowledge, skills and attitudes year after year.

That is why continuous training is an ally for:

  • Improve the competences and qualifications of professionals.
  • Adapt the technical and human capacities of professionals to the institutional objectives.
  • Help professionals to grow.

This year 2022, the use of the new training management application has been consolidated, which has allowed us to better monitor training actions.

During 2022, 548 actions have been registered of which 452 have been completed, which represents 82.48% compliance. This percentage is above the planned target.

There have been 7,121 participations of professionals in training actions, understanding the concept of professional in a broad sense, including working personnel, commercial professionals, subcontractors, students and residents and volunteers.
