2022 GLOBAL REPORTING INITIATIVE

Materiality

Materialitat

The main interest groups (professionals, collaborators, patients and families, suppliers, the Board of Trustees and the Social Council) have been consulted to determine the material aspects of the Institut Guttmann. Each interest group has been asked about the issues that most affect them, and each one has been consulted on the relevance of the issue in question to society and their assessment of the Institut Guttmann’s performance in this regard. The average score for each topic has been calculated based on the results of the surveys, and the following materiality matrix has been obtained:

  1. Work environment
  2. Association and Negotiation
  3. User support and post-treatment service
  4. Conciliation
  5. Working conditions
  6. Confidentiality and privacy
  7. Right to privacy
